安装时驱动气源要使用PU风管,原因容易安装操作方便管内不会生锈,如果使用金属管,安装前要用压缩吹扫,避免焊渣吹到换向阀内,将换向阀卡死。驱动气源的纯净度和介质可以影响到其使用寿命,普通压缩没有经过冷干机或者过滤器的会有一定的水分和杂质,这些水分和杂质进入到增压泵内部会形成阻力影响其工作效率,长时间使用会刮伤其密封圈和缸筒。
