1、这种故障是检查当中常见的,造成压力上不去的原因通常是因为仪器加油的时候里面有杂质,杂质进入到油缸之后,会让油缸跟油塞表面出现磨损,间隙增加或者加工精度变差的时候,就会漏油,这个时候,尽量使用粘度比较大的油,如果压力还是因为漏油下降的话,就建议更换新的油缸了。

仪器在安装之后,测力油缸初次进油的话,里面会有空气存在,如果不及时排除,不仅会影响精准度,还会造成指针震动的情况,所以空气要排空。如果油缸太脏的话,也会造成指针震动的情况,使用时大家要注意定期清油缸,清洗完成之后,拧紧螺帽之后开机,当油缸里面的油流出来的时候,再装好活塞。
