《抖包袱大会》节目将召集相声界的“潜力股”齐聚一堂，每期五对青年相声演员，依次登台表演相声作品，获得相声编剧团和现场观众认可度达到80%以上的作品将完整播出，后两名则需继续打磨作品，参与下次展演。
