    驱动空气压力一般要为3-8bar(0.3-0.8MPa), 当然不是这个压力范围内,同一台增压泵的增压效果一致的,同一台增压泵的增压比(驱动活,塞与增压活,塞的面积比)是固定的,驱动气压3bar时与驱动气压8bar时的输出压力是不一致。

    因此不要误解为驱动气压要求为3-8bar,就是指这个压力区间内都能达到同一个压力,因此选型时要根据现场的压缩空气的压力选择合适的增压比,一般压力要留有一定的余量。当压力越接近泵的输出压力时,泵的频率越慢,流量越小。

    气体增压泵
    原理是大活,塞推动小活,塞往复运动实现增压,随着压力的出口端压力的上升,大活,塞和小活,塞的两端的力趋于平衡,故增压泵运动频率下降、流量变小,当出口端的压力是增压泵的增压比时,两端力值平衡,增压泵这时停止工作,流量为0,一旦一端气压下降,增压泵会自动工作,补齐压力,具有自动保压、补压功能。

    耗气量的要求,一般要求流量1m3/min左右,耗气量不是一个固定值,当泵的负载越小时,泵的频率越快,负载越大时,泵的频率越慢,当达到泵的输出压力时,泵停止工作,不在耗气。不建议选用220V电源的空气压缩机,220V的空压机排气量一般都较小,增压泵不能发挥出正常效能。
